A non-profit educational organisation acting as a training, advocacy and system/policy level voice for landworkers and communities in the Avon valley bioregion. Training new growers and community land stewards whilst creating the enabling conditions for them to establish & flourish.

This branch acknowledges the necessary engagement with policy, planning systems, legal, and structural frameworks that currently favour business as usual and destructive industrial means of top-down production, instead advocating for and creating the new systems of collective power, collaboration, values-based production and consumption.

The non-profit will also lead on the necessary educational work both in wider society through media and publications, and the practical training networks to link up farms, land apprenticeships, courses and certified training for new entrant growers.

The ambition is to eventually develop a range of accredited Landworker apprenticeships as a viable and desireable higher education route for young people from diverse backgrounds. This will engage with local schools, universities and homeschooling groups to bridge divides between education, people and land.
